The owners have done a great job with remodeling and improving this condo over the 35 years that they have owned it. They were initially attracted to the home the first time they walked up the stairs and surveyed the valley and mountain views. They felt that they had come home and literally bought it before they looked inside. The kitchen remodel is quite stunning and very practical with Maple cabinets and Quartz countertops. Engineered Hardwood flooring is so easy to live on. It still has 3 bedrooms though one is now used mainly as an office. Make sure you look at the view that the owners consider is worth a Million. Plus, the condo is ever so close to all of the action of the main portion of the community –tennis, clubhouse, workout room and lap pool. It’s a great Pickleball community, too, and this condo is out of earshot of the sounds of Pickleball. Deep Canyon has 12 hard tennis courts, 12 pools with 4 hot tubs, 6 Pickleball Court, Workout Room, Bocce and Golf Putting and Chipping Greens. Its a fine social community with parties, music, special dinners and lots of friendly conversation waiting to happen. Lots of cards and games and Bridge is played here.
