The bedrooms offer comfort and a bright coastal atmosphere with blackout options on the windows. The third bedroom is versatile, with French doors, dedicated working space, and additional storage. This fully furnished rental is perfect for extended stays, corporate housing, family relocations, and temporary housing for insurance claims or repairs. Monthly rates vary based on season and length of stay. Landlord covers all utilities (Gas, Electricity, Water, Trash, Internet, Landscaping). Dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Discounted rates may apply for stays of 6 months or more where guest pays utilities. Deposit is equivalent to half of the first month’s rent and is refundable following a move-out walk through. Cleaning fee is $250 per month. Pet fee is a $500 one-time fee. Deposit, fees and first month’s rent are due upon booking.
