Completely furnished and ready for occupancy. Community offers direct access to the sand, ocean or bike path or a great pool for serious swimmers or just cooling off after an exhausting day of sitting at the beach finding seashells. Also included: Weight room, saunas or a clubhouse with complete kitchen and pool table if you have friends visiting you. Clubhouse needs to be reserved in advance. This unit is rented seasonally with 30 days minimum. June through August at $9500; May and September $7500 per month; October through April $4500/month.
