LA Más is committed to providing housing stability for established Chapman residents and new residents alike. We are seeking residents who value solidarity, social justice, and shared decision-making. (Preferable but not required) those who are currently or previously living, working, or volunteering in Northeast Los Angeles; involved in LA Más programs; or at risk of displacement or experiencing health and safety concerns in their current housing. We are looking for neighbors who will contribute positively to our collaborative and community-centered environment.

RENTAL CRITERIA
– Household income of at least 2.5x the rental rate per month with proof of income
– Landlord Reference
– Minimum 10 years of verifiable rental history
– Minimum 5 years of verifiable employment history
– Pets allowed with a monthly pet fee
– Water utility included
– Laundry onsite
