At almost 2000sf, this extra large home features a patio in-ground spa to relax in after a round of golf or to take in the ever changing desert mountain views with a cocktail and your family and friends. For those who appreciate the vintage adornments of manufactured homes, this great space includes the traditional curved kitchen and original baths that can be kept as is or updated based on your individual tastes. There is a bonus room as well. The home features both central air conditioning and an evaporative cooling system which helps in keeping the home cool during those periods when there is less humidity in the air. Date Palm Country Club features pools and spas and tennis and pickleball. The clubhouse is terrific as well as the restaurant. The main swimming pool is enormous and there are exercise classes daily to help you stay in good health. Golf packages for the 18 hole golf course are available for unit owners too. Close to restaurants like Trilussa and Michael’s Cafe and gambling at the Agua Calliente Casino, there is also the InShape Health Club. The Roost offers an ‘Open Mic’ night to test your singing skills! Grocery shopping is available at Gelson’s, a short distance away and Costco is close too. The convenience of a second entrance and exit off of Da Vall Road, just north of Frank Sinatra, makes getting to all that Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert have to offer including El Paseo Dining and Shopping – the Rodeo Drive of the Desert, extremely easy! Welcome to your new home!
