The entire exterior was repainted, the garage was refreshed, fencing and gates were addressed, trees were trimmed and the front landscaping was cleaned up and upgraded with new rock and underlayment for a clean, low maintenance High Desert look.

And here’s something else buyers will appreciate. NO HOA and NO crummy solar contract you’re going to have to inherit! This property doesn’t have solar, so there’s no long term solar agreement from somebody else that you’re being asked to take over.
