Built in 1929 by the master designer of movie palaces, S. Charles Lee, every original architectural detail has been immaculately restored inside and out. All apartments are rich with historic detail, yet, the building also has all new infrastructure and beautifully finished new kitchens and baths. Kitchens have top of the line appliances, washers and dryers and all apartments have central A/C. Unfortunately, this is a strictly no pets building.
