Smart lighting throughout the house, surround sound speakers throughout house and outdoor, fire pit in front of home to sit and enjoy the outside beach weather or private side fire pit table and lined gas BBQ in private area sitting.

Owner handles water and trash, tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. One car parking in the lane and one street parking in front of home. Non refundable pet fee and no smoking inside home. Owner will maintain front yard as needed or schedule with tenant.
