The house features a front yard and a back yard each with a picnic table, a deck over the garage with a peekaboo ocean view or you can climb the stairs to the upper deck in the back yard for an ocean view complete with a view of the Channel Islands on a clear day!It’s a 10 minutes’ walk to the beach, 5 minutes bicycle ride to the Ventura-Ojai bicycle trail, 10 minutes’ drive to "The Collection", a beautiful outdoor shopping center, a 20 minutes’ drive to the Camarillo outlets, 25 minutes to Santa Barbara and about the same to Ojai.
