This is a vey nice condo, it is located in a very well kept area of San Bernardino and it has been well cared for. The washer and Dryer are both less than a year old and the refrigerator is 2 years old and is in good condition. These items are staying with the condo as well as all the kitchen appliances There is a Pool area and a laundry room in the complex and for security the complex is gated .The condo is located on a city bus route. there is a very lovely park near by, also there is a school and Cal State University which are very near the condo’s location. There are several shopping centers, supermarkets, a pharmacy and restuarants located close by as well. This is a must see.
