Please read the following information carefully before scheduling a tour.

A minimum credit score of 680+ and a net income of at least 2.5 times the rent are required.

The available rental units are located in the building at the back of the property. The front portion of the property is scheduled for redevelopment in Fall 2025, so construction will be ongoing.

Each unit currently includes one on-site parking space. However, during construction, tenants will need to arrange alternative parking. The City of Pasadena allows street parking with a permit—please check with the city for details.

After construction is completed, each unit will be assigned one parking space again.

The units have been fully renovated with brand-new kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring. Each unit features new dual-pane windows and window coverings. Additionally, each unit includes its own washer and dryer. A mini-split AC/heat pump is installed in the living room for heating and cooling.
