Sundance Resort is one of the very few HOAs that allow short-term vacation rentals (subject to City Permit), and they are like single family homes with a private pool and spa within your own private walled rear yard with 2 covered patios. The living room has a bar and fireplace, the kitchen has been updated with rich cabinets, granite counter tops and built-in stainless steel appliances. The primary bath is just beautiful with stack-stone walls, dual vanities, sunken tub, glass-enclosed shower, and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom opens to the front courtyard of light and air. There is a private 2-car garage, owned solar, and a tankless water heater. Some TLC needed, but what a buy!
