Retire in the Beautiful city of Guanajuato, Guanajuato Mexico! We are renting a studio apartment. It is in a second floor. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchenette, and an entree resting area. The studio is not a shared bedroom. It has its own entrance. It is recently remodeled with tile floors, brand new bathroom, and kitchenette bar. There is hot water available in the unit without cost for the tenant. We can have it rented furnished or without furniture. It is up to the new tenants. The tenants will need to bring their own electrical grill, and mini refrigerator to fit in the unit. The location is closed to the Plaza de Toros, and Technica 34, just a few meters distance from the bus stop.
