This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest&#39's responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest&#39's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest&#39's stay.
