Lovely two story end unit townhome close to the garages, providing minimum walking. All two story units in Le Parc have nice size patio/rear yard space and this is no exception. The yard is at least 30 feet long, just right for entertaining.
On the main floor are the spacious living room, dining room and the kitchen along with a half bath. The unit has newer appliances and is in good condition. This unit even has a fireplace
The upper level contains both bedrooms as well as a large full bath with shower over tub. Off the hall is the closet which contains the stacked washer & dryer. The master bedroom is huge and will contain a large bedroom suite of furniture and still have floor space left over for other items. The master also has a vaulted ceiling, which makes it seem larger than it really is.
The garage is a short walk and has a standard tilt-up door, there is plenty of floor space and even a storage shelf to keep some items off the floor.
Le Parc is a great complex with a large pool and spa area close to the clubhouse, yet only a short walk from this unit. You’d better hurry, this unit won’t last long.
