Nearby, you can enjoy Lake Gregory year-round. In the summer, the lake boasts a large water park with water slides, inflatable slides and trampolines and obstacle courses for all ages. Rent a duffy boat, kayak or paddle board, or spend a day fishing for bass, catfish, or trout. The beach area is great for sun bathing or swimming and life guards are staffed in the summer. The 3-mile walking path with workout stations is a great addition, and you can stop at 1 of 3 dog parks around the lake. Want more to do? Enjoy the farmer’s market at the lake, with live music and vendors. A short 15-minute drive brings you to Silverwood Lake, for fishing and camping, or you can head to Skypark at Santa’s Village for mountain biking, rock climbing, roller skating, ice skating in the winter, archery, axe throwing or ziplines. Drive a bit further and spend the day skiing or snowboarding at Snow Valley Mountain Resort.
