I’m selling a small farm in Northern California it has a south facing downhill slope. We’re in the northern hemisphere so the sun shines from the south a bit and it’s better sunlight than level ground it’s only 1.06 acres but it’s zoned as a farm. There’s electricity at the street and the waters approximately 400 ft down septic still needs to be installed there’s a good size flat spot two possibly three good home sites and a beautiful view I’ve attached some pictures and they don’t really do it justice.
