Owner of the property is a principal to this transaction and is the developer. The property has received a Tentative parcel Map approval by the City to divide the existing property into 3 separate LOTs. This will be a recorded final map at close of escrow and will have 3 new APNs. The plans allow for a single family residence and an ADU for each new parcel. Specifically the goal in mind was to relocate and remodel the existing house on the property and move it to another part of the lot and construct a new ADU on that LOT (Lot 1).
