Extra large property with lovely view of the golf course. Tall palms, and additional resort style plants &#38' hedges surround three sides of the property. A privacy wall at the front separates the kitchen from parking spots for two golf carts and cabinet for housing the cart chargers. This location is just one door away from the exclusive owners pool, jacuzzi, and restrooms with showers. There are two lounge areas. The step down lounge has a beautiful, stone covered, gas fireplace. A small custom built coffee table in the center of this area has its own shade cover with overhead lights. The second lounge has a Sun-brella shade cover with two ceiling fans and led lights. There are drop down shades as well. Come evening you couldn’t find a better spot to take in the beauty of our Aguanga sunsets. An amazing kitchen has a large center island. Another shade cover with over head lights &#38' ceiling fan, shades much of the kitchen. Amenities include under counter fridge, microwave, double sink with garbage disposal, hot water heater, dishwasher, BBQ with two side burners, considerable storage space and a bar on one side with cushioned bar stools. The dining section includes a custom built table with it’s own shade cover and lights. The table seats six. With the kitchen bar on one side and a second bar also with stools on the other there is seating for six more in the dining area. The second bar includes a small sink, under counter fridge, and wine cooler. A second hot water heater feeds both the sink and the laundry machines housed in a side cabinet.
